What travelers say
A snapshot of guest ratings and stories behind the stay.
“I've stayed here twice now on business. The rooms are modern and well. Staff are polite and helpful. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. It's also surprisingly quiet at night given its location.”
“We always stay at the Premier Inn Ealing Broadway, and once again everything was perfect—from the clean, comfortable rooms to the welcoming atmosphere. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service from the staff. Everyone was warm and friendly, but I’d especially like to mention Farhana and Sahgita, who went above and beyond to look after my father, who is coeliac. Their attentiveness, care, and genuine kindness made a huge difference to us. They took the time to ensure his dietary needs were fully understood and catered for, which gave us real peace of mind. Thank you both!”
“Had a wonderful experience here. We had booked another hotel but when we arrived, they had been shut down. We tried the Premier Inn and were treated so well. They accommodated us on short notice, and with such care and understanding. The location is superb with the Elizabeth line a 10 min walk away. Do not hesitate to book here. Excellent.”
